1. One-on-One Coaching & Mentorship

Coaching involves personalized strategy and a dedicated time slot that cannot be filled by another student at short notice.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    • Full Refund: Available if you cancel your session at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

    • Partial Credit: If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the session, we will offer a 50% credit toward a future booking.

    • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or “no-shows” are non-refundable.

  • Completed Sessions: Once a coaching session has concluded, no refunds will be issued. The value of the session is in the information and strategy shared during the time allotted.

2. Digital Products (E-books & Courses)

Due to the digital nature of our affiliate marketing guides and e-books, these products are delivered instantly upon purchase.

  • No Refunds: All sales of e-books and digital downloads are final. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “returned.”

  • Technical Assistance: If you have trouble downloading your purchase or the file is corrupted, please contact support@verifiedthinker.com within 14 days, and we will ensure you receive a functional copy.

3. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

While VerifiedThinker.com provides proven affiliate marketing strategies, we cannot guarantee specific financial results.

  • No “Income Guarantees”: Refunds will not be issued based on a lack of earnings or “failure to make money.” Success in affiliate marketing depends on individual implementation, market conditions, and consistent effort.

  • We provide the map; you must drive the vehicle.

Refunds for coaching sessions typically take 5–10 business days to process back to your original payment method.

Important Legal Note

VerifiedThinker.com reserves the right to deny a refund if we detect any abuse of our system, such as downloading all course materials and immediately requesting a refund, or repeated cancellations.
